Burbs Kitchen, which manages Burb-Bar-Q uses and stores your information/data for fulfilling a contract with you to manage your food delivery, event or private dining, and/or for marketing with your consent. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. The Marketing team (currently Sarah!) plans to let you know about new menus, our news, and we will only focus on areas that we think are of interest to you.

What do we do with your data?
We will never pass or sell your data outside Burbs Kitchen. We use cookies on our website; these are to provide basic web services to make our website run. They also help us monitor and track website usage through Google Analytics.
What marketing information will you send me?
Probably not that much if we are honest. We will send you information that we think will be of interest to you, including exclusive offers, promotions, details on seasonal events (Mothers Day, Christmas etc.)
Once you have my data, what are my rights?
You have the right to have data removed, inaccurate personal data rectified; if you would like to do so, please contact us.
You have the right to stop marketing at any time. You can either click unsubscribe on any email you are sent or let us know at any time here.

Burbs Kitchen employs a wide variety of security measures to back up, protect and manage your data. We have worked with our web developers to secure your data as much as possible, using up to date technology and strong processes.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any food items, reservations, tickets, delivery slots or places bought in advance for an event, workshop, meal, offer, or deal are non-refundable or transferable; any specific offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounts.
All offers (apart from £1 off flyer discounts) are subject to advance online bookings and availability for a limited period of time at the discretion of Burbs Kitchen management. Offers and deals are currently available until a time window that Burbs Kitchen will specify on their Facebook page.
Burbs Kitchen has tried it’s hardest to ensure and maintain the accuracy and completeness of the information published on this site. We, however, take no responsibility for any errors or omission, though if you see any, please let us know, we will rectify any mistakes straight away.
Website user conduct
Users of this web site are not to:
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the website, content on the website or otherwise abuse any service provided on the site or linked web site (Burb-bar-q).

Events
Burbs Kitchen serves the right to change the date of or cancel an event at any time and will give as much notice as practically possible and will offer alternative dates where possible. If an event is cancelled this will be something that was out of our control.
Orders
Orders you place on this website are subject to minimum and maximum quantity limits.
Burbs Kitchen offers its products on this website within the limits of its available stocks.
Your order is only confirmed on receipt of a confirmation email from Burbs Kitchen.
The data registered by the booking system submits proof of the order, the data from the payment system submits proof of financial transaction.
Delivery charges will be billed at the rates indicated on this website when you place your order.
Verification of sale
It is your responsibility to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery.
If you have missing items or an item is not to the expected standard, you must notify us within seven days after the delivery. However note we will seek to provide you with replacement goods straight away.
If you have bought a non-perishable item from the online shop and wish to return it, you must do so within 14 days. You must return the non-perishable item in the original condition with the invoice. On receipt of the returned goods
Burbs Kitchen will reimburse the returned goods’ price and the invoiced delivery charges within a maximum of 30 days. The return postage will be at your charge.
